"If you dance for #KikiChallenge on the roads, We're sure of making you dance behind the bars!! "Kiki Challenge may get you a Kick of Law not Kick of Dance.” Bengaluru Police took a leaf out of the book of their counterparts in Hyderabad and have warned citizens against the trend of performing the #KikiChallenge in the city.  The police termed it a "high-risk, silly stunt involving dancing alongside a moving vehicle and hopping back into it".  “These acts are risky not only to the performer, but also pose a danger to fellow commuters, which is a clear violation of traffic rules. This violation with evidence - the video footage - is an offence punishable under law and the performer may end up either behind the bars or in hospital,” a police statement said. It involves people getting out of a moving car and dancing alongside it, before getting back into it. The Bengaluru police’s directive came after the Halasuru Police recently received a complaint against Bigg Boss contestant Niveditha Gowda, who took up the challenge and posted a video on her social media account.  Home Minister G. Parameshwara tweeted: “We have nothing against social media fads as long as they don't become a public nuisance and put the lives of people at risk. Don't take up challenges on roads, which can harm you as well as others.
